Ingredients

·      6 oz frozen broccoli, defrosted

·      2 potatoes

·      1 sweet potato

·      3 salmon fillets, or fish of your choice

‍

Marinade

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

‍

‍

Instructions
  1. Plug in your pizza maker to preheat. Whisk all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pat the broccoli dry with paper towels. Drizzle with 2-3 Tbsp of marinade and toss to coat.
  3. Peel and cube the potatoes and sweet potato. Toss with 3-4 Tbsp of marinade.
  4. Coat fish with marinade.
  5. Layer into the pizza maker in this order: potatoes, sweet potato, fish, and broccoli.
  6. Close the lid and cook for 8 minutes. Flip everything and cook another 7-10 minutes (15-18 minutes total). Adjust the time if you're using a different fish.

Serve with the remaining marinade on the side for dipping.

‍

Note: For a bigger crowd, cook all the vegetables first, then the fish.
