Honey Garlic Sauce
1. Remove the salmon from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Pat the skin dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. In ansmall bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and minced garlic.
3. Drizzle oil ina non-stick frying pan or Betty Crocker, and heat over medium-high heat. Place the salmon in the pan and cook the first side for 3–4minutes until golden. Flip and cook the other side for 4-5 minutes or until golden.
4. Pour thesauce over the salmon. Cook for about 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
6. Remove from the pan and plate. Drizzle with the remaining sauce from the pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
