1. Heat a large pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add diced chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
2. Add mushrooms and cook for another 3–4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and honey to make the dressing.
4. Spread dressing onto each wrap, add 2 slices of smoked turkey, then place the chicken mixture in the center.
5. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly into wraps.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry wraps until golden and crispy on all sides.
7. Cut in half, drizzle with extra dressing, and garnish with parsley if desired.
